Regulations for Estonian - Latvian common balancing zone
In accordance to the Public Utilities Commission decision of October 28, 2019, the Regulations of the Latvia – Estonia common balancing zone, drafted by JSC Conexus Baltic Grid and Elering AS has been confirmed by Public Utilities Commission in Latvia . The Common Regulations for the use of Natural Gas Transmission System in Latvia – Estonia common balancing zone regulate operation of Common Balancing Zone from January 1, 2020.
The regulations have been amended on April 23, 2020.

Inčukalns Underground Gas Storage Rules
Rules of Use of the Inčukalns Underground Gas Storage Facility” stipulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the natural gas storage system operator and the users of Inčukalns underground gas storage facility. The Rules also determine the procedure for submitting an application to obtain the rights to use the storage facility and the procedure for concluding a storage service agreement. They also specify the procedure for reservation of storage capacity and the procedure for transferring of natural gas in the storage and storage capacity, procedure for information exchange between the natural gas storage system operator, natural gas transmission system operator and storage users.
